Friday night will be a BYO food & drinks picnic, and we'll have a bonfire if we're alowed.
For Saturday night, although we won't have access to the kitchen in the lodge after 5pm, there are lots of restaurants near Deception Pass State Park, and/or we will be able to cook on camp stoves outside.

PLEASE NOTE: Pets are welcome on the grounds of the Cornet Bay Retreat Center.
However, there are no pet-friendly accommodations. Please see the Rules Page for further details.

STRONGER TOGETHER
Attend the keynote virtually or in-person.

This year's theme, "Stronger Together," will explore the ways practitioners create community within a school and between schools, as well as with local businesses, Tribes, and regulating agencies. The event kicks off with a hybrid keynote presentation and facilitated discussion in the morning. The keynote will be followed by an exploration of the Natural Start Alliance Licensing Recommendations and an afternoon filled with engaging breakout sessions on various related topics for our in-person participants.

Our keynote speakers, Sheila Williams Ridge and Anna Dutke, serve on the Steering Committee of our Minnesota counterpart, MN Early Childhood Outdoors (MnECO). They will share their experiences, strategies, and challenges in cultivating community. Through their stories and practical insights, attendees will learn how to apply innovative approaches to break down barriers that prevent community connection.

We hope to see you there!

To help fund this year's event, we partnered with Wild Med
