The beautiful mountain town of Roslyn, WA will be the site of our in-person gathering, offering us everything from nearby hiking, walking, relaxing in nature opportunities to delicious dining options, as well as a variety of shops and bookstores to visit.
Our main event, on Saturday, August 6th, will take place at the Roslyn Creative Center. Our online option will offer an opportunity for those unable to attend in person to join us virtually for up to 3 hours.
Cultivating Connection will be the focal point of our time together this year. Fostering unity and collaboration is an integral part of nature-based early learning. No matter what type of connections we're talking about - whether we are connecting with local Tribes, schools, environmental organizations, parks, parents & caregivers, under-served communities, and even the more-than-humans in our outdoor learning spaces - building partnerships will always strengthen the outcomes of our essential work. As always, our Symposium will be a place where we learn together. We'll have Professional Development opportunities to support you in creating all types of community partnerships.
TRAVEL TO ROSLYN, WA Roslyn is popular in the summer and we recommend booking early for accommodations. Camping is a combination of reserved and first-come spots. Try to arrive on Thursday, if you're planning to camp in a first-come campsite.
